Pat Sheehan spent 55 days on Hunger Strike in 1981. He was part of the campaign that was led by Bobby Sands that would cost the lives of 10 of his friends and comrades.

Here he offers a message of solidary with Irish America for their ongoing support to build a new and united Ireland.

The message was recorded as part of the Rockland Hunger Strike Commemoration
