BRITISH GOVERNMENT PROPOSES A COVER-UP OF THEIR CRIMES.

For the past 50 years, the British Government has been involved in the murder and cover-up of citizens in the North of Ireland. Bereaved families have battled through the courts for truth, justice, and acknowledgment.

The response by the British Government has been to obstruct the families at every turn. Recently the truth has come out in cases such as the Ballymurphy Massacre, the killing of Damien Walsh, and suspicion that the Omagh Bombing, (the largest single loss of life during the conflict) could have been prevented.

The British Government, defeated in the courts is now planning to close down all investigations, deny families justice, end inquests, and undermine agreements.

In this interview, John Finucane Sinn Féin MP and son of murdered Human Rights attorney Pat Finucane, outlines the British proposals, their effect on families, and a call to action from the US.
